4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the account is not fully verified.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any activity suspected of money laundering or fraud is detected, u3333 reserves the right to suspend the relevant transaction and notify the authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

u3333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• In the event of registration with false or incomplete information.
• In the event of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• Upon a member's voluntary request to close their account.

8.1 Refund Upon Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of the Terms, the balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member, however unused bonuses will be deducted. If the account is closed due to fraud or abuse, the balance may be forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming
